Valentine's Day Fun!

Happy Valentine's Day!

Mikey made us a very special Valentine's Day dinner on Saturday. I was in love with a meal at Olive Garden for a very very long time and they took it off the menu... grrrr! Mikey found it online and made it for us... YUM! Daddy also picked up some chocolate covered strawberries at the grocery store. So, we had dessert before dinner... o-well!

Sunday we went to Dani and Mike's house to have dinner. Here are all the boys.

That night we went to the Sea Life Aquarium at Arizona Mills. We had a great time.

Sunday morning we walked down the pier and watched the surfers. Evan thought it was very cool... it was a lot of fun!

He looks relaxed right here but he actually spent the whole time running next to Evan while he was on the quad or motorcycle. Had to be sure he wasn't running into plants, walls, and Megan.

Before we left Evan's Tia gave him a chalk set. He held it almost the whole way home.

We got home late but gave Evan 10 min. to play with the new chalk. We were afraid if we didn't then he would wake up at 6am in the morning asking to do it. He also talked about it the whole way home so we wanted to give him some time to enjoy it. Thank you so much Tia Michelle!

Oh so sick!

Evan's first ear infection. Ugh.. it was yucky! Antibiotics didn't help at first and he ended up getting an infection in both ears. Poor baby! He had a bad cold to go with it.

This is how he looked most of the time. I kind of looked the same way. The nights were rough. It went on for over a week.

This is the first time he has fallen asleep on the couch since he was a couple months old.

Evan loves his buddy Ava ... and she loves him too!

They were playing kitchen and Ava kept grabbing Evan to give him smooches. At first he didn't know why she was grabbing him and kind of wanted her to back off. Once I told him that she wanted a kiss he was all excited and lovey... oh my!

Super excited about finding 2 pink cars in a tub full of non pink cars.

Ava is amazing! Just noticed that she somehow found all the girly things that this house has all on her own: doll, 2 pink cars, foofa, and a girl lego person. She is so funny and so incredibly sweet. Evan and I love having her around.
